2. This is the 2nd attempt on behalf of the petitioner for regular bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 84012 of 2023 on 10.01.2024.

4. The petitioner has committed rape with a minor girl. In the trial, out of six witnesses, four witnesses have been

5. Considering the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for grant of regular bail stands rejected.

6. The trial is directed to be concluded at the earliest.

7. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya will ensure the presence of the remaining witnesses in the trial on the dates fixed.
