Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code. According to FIR, three unknown persons abducted to the brother of the informant. During investigation, two persons were apprehended on suspicion and on their disclosure victim was recovered. Those accused disclosed name of the petitioner and others also as co-culprit. The victim has not named any of the miscreants in his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner deserves bail. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6752 of 2018 (2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nasariganj Police Station Case No. 208 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
