2. The writ application is filed for the following reliefs:

"I. For quashing of the notice contained in letter No. 125 dated 15.10.2022 issued under the signature of Block Teacher Employment Committee-Cum-executive officer, Panchayat appointment committee Areraj, East Champaran whereby the petitioner has been directed to submit her explanation as to whether she intimated the concerned authority at appropriate time regarding her appointment being made on the subject other than she applied for.

II. For setting aside the Memo No. 149

Patna High Court CWJC No.383 of 2023(8) dt.04-02-2025 2/3 dated 21.11.2022 issued under the signature of Executive Officer Panchayat Committee Areraj whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been placed under suspension with effect from the date of issuance of the letter.

III. For setting aside the consequential letters issued in furtherance of the aforesaid so cause notice.

IV. For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled two. For direction from the concerned respondent authorities to produce the application form submitted by the petitioner during the process of Niyojan in 2014. V. For quashing of order dated 02.06.2023 issued under the signature of Secretary, Block Teacher, Niyojan Unit-cumExecutive Officer Areraj, East Champaran whereby and where-under the service of the petitioner as Block Teacher has been terminated with immediate effect in the light of Bihar Panchayat Primary Teacher Service (Appointment, Promotion, Transfer, Disciplinary Action and Service Condition) Rules-2020 Clause-18 Part-1 (kh)(iv) and further petitioner prays.

VI. For grant of all consequential benefit to the petitioner."

Considering the prayers made in the writ application, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate appeal before the District Appellate Authority within a period of six weeks and the District Appellate Authority is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within six months in accordance with law.
