2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmapura P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Unknown criminal shot at the victim/informant and looted the motorcycle.

4. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in five similar and serious cases. The petitioner is in jail since 04.06.2022.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the antecedents and also the serious allegation of shooting the victim for loot, I am not inclined to

7. This application is dismissed.
