ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2017 in connection with Biddupur P.S. Case No.220 of 2016 (S.T. No.224 of 2017), registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. nor has anything been recovered from his possession. He further submits that till date, the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade, though he has been in custody since 09.01.2017. It is further submitted that other co-accused persons, namely, Ranjeet Kumar, Chandan Kumar and Rahul Kumar @ Rahul Kumar Singh, have
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11708 of 2018 (2) dt.08-03-2018 2/2 been granted bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No.10010 of 2017, Cr.Misc. No.19718 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No.17031 of 2017, vide order dated 24.03.2017, 04.05.2017 and 21.06.2017 respectively.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Biddupur P.S. Case No.220 of 2016 (S.T. No.224 of 2017).
