Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that some household articles were recovered from possession of the petitioner which would be evident from the seizure list. Petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2017. The recovered articles were never put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8449 of 2018 (3) dt.23-03-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No.470 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
