Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120(B), 121(A) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the U.A.P. Act.
The police arrested the petitioners on apprehension that they were involved in naxal activity. On disclosure of the petitioners, a bomb was recovered. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 30.07.2017. Investigation is already complete and petitioners are ready to cooperate with the trial.

No.10702 of 2018 (2) dt.23-02-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sono Police Station Case No.158 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
