2. The petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2017 in connection with Rail Thana Danapur/GRP Danapur Case No. 123 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion and on the extra judicial confessional statement of co-accused Md. Mustafa alias Munna, the latter having been granted bail by the learned Court below itself. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade for his identification.

4. Learned APP on the other hand opposes the bail petition pointing out that as against Rs. 2,900/- recovered from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12202 of 2018 (2) dt.16-03-2018 possession of the said Md. Mustafa alias Munna, an huge amount of Rs. 59,040/- has been recovered from the room of the petitioner's residential house, the source of which has also not been explained. The petitioner has criminal antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as the recovery of unexplained amount of Rs. 59,040/- from the room of the petitioner's residential house, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
