The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case as lodged by the informant is that his sister's marriage was solemnized with Ganraj Kumar in the year 2015 and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, she has been killed by her husband and her in-laws.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 is the mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is the Dewar of the deceased. He submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in judicial custody since

In the facts and circumstances of the case, on surrender of the husband of the deceased, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-IXcum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif Police Station Case No. 782 of 2019.
