JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 14.08.2018 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 1943 of 2018 in as much as he has not been able to furnish security in the form of a bank guarantee or by deposit of original title deeds of immovable property lying within the jurisdiction of the authority concerned or any other security of like nature valued at Rs. 5,00,000/-(Five Lakhs).

Thus, the petitioner prays for modification in the aforesaid condition and agrees for furnishing such

Patna High Court MJC No.4349 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 security which is valued at Rs. 3,00,000/-(Three Lakhs). For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer is allowed.

The petitioner would furnish security in the form of a bank guarantee or by deposit of original title deeds of immovable property lying within the jurisdiction of the authority concerned or any other security of like nature valued at Rs. 3,00,000/- to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, Buxar/authority concerned. The other conditions of the order shall subsist. The order dated 14.08.2018 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 1943 of 2018 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The application stands allowed.
