2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Town (Gopalganj) P.S. Case No. 160 of 2022, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 379, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that ICICI Bank's Chief Branch Manager received information about a suspicious ATM withdrawal and caught co-accused Sanjeev Kumar Singh withdrawing Rs. 2,20,000/-. Investigation revealed that the funds were illegally transferred from Kiran Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.'s PNB account. Further inquiry indicated another fraudulent withdrawal of Rs. 2,20,000/- from the petitioner's ICICI Bank account.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner. The petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence. The petitioner has got no concern with the co-accused Sanjiv Kumar Singh. The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that other coaccused has been granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29876 of 2022.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court
