JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 14.10.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 41181 of 2022 to the extent of extension of period of surrender. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that earlier petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 14.10.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 41181 of 2022, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, but due to unavoidable circumstances, petitioners could not surrender within time. In view of aforesaid fact, further four weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court below. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed.
