2. This is the second attempt of the bail of the petitioner. Earlier the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner which was rejected vide order dated 19.04.2024 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No. 21215 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Navinagar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2023, G.R. No. 126 of 2023, registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2023. Petitioner has twenty

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, several criminal antecedents and progress in trial, this application is dismissed.
