The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No.430 of 2017, a case under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. The statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that the matter is of love affairs with the brother of the petitioner and the victim has stated that no one had kidnapped anyone.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with
