Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.198 of 2017, registered under Sections 153(A), 427, 341, 323, 120(B), 504, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that members of both the religious communities raised slogans against each other, threw brick bats and moved around with weapon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, no injury was caused to anyone, other co-accused Jitendra Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 03.01.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.62162 of 2017 and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2720 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2 /2 petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Arvind Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.198 of 2017.
