JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The report of the learned Trial Judge vide letter dated 27.02.2018 would reveal that prosecution evidence has already been closed in the case. In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Puraini Police Station Case No. 83 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, UdaKishunganj, Madhepura/successor court. Hence, prayer for bail is refused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3350 of 2018 (3) dt.14-03-2018 However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
