2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 1993 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed dacoity.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of information given by spy. The petitioner is in jail since 11.04.2023. The petitioner is an absconder in a case of 1993.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
