Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
