2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioners along with other family members have committed murder of the informant daughter for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application. The petitioners are the in-laws of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79369 of 2023(2) dt.13-12-2023 2/2 the deceased and there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. The husband of the deceased is already in custody mentioned in para 9 of the bail application.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Ranjeet/- U T
