2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner is of torturing and killing of the informant daughter.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application. Petitioner is the mother in law of the deceased and there is no specific overt act against the petitioner rather there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also petitioner is female aged about 70 years, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
