Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Jamalpur PS Case No. 176 of 2017 registered under Section 302/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that only suspicion is raised against the petitioner, informant is not the eye witness and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Guddu Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Munger in connection with Jamalpur PS Case No. 176 of 2017.
