JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is permitted to add Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code in para-1 of the bail petition, which was said to be subsequently added in the FIR.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 307/379/341/323/504/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of commission of assault to the father of the informant, who died subsequently, is against coaccused Ramdeo Yadav and Chhotu Yadav. Petitioner had caused injury to the informant which was found simple by the doctor. Considering the nature of allegation against the

No.15467 of 2018 (2) dt.20-03-2018 P2/ petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.345 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
