JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 21.1.2018, seeks bail in Ishakchak PS Case No. 13 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner and his associates looted mobile of the informant and others and apprehended after chase near the spot.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery of the mobile was not made from the petitioner and no other incriminating article has been recovered from his possession, besides this the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Raj Kumar, Raja Kumar @ Abhishek Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak PS Case No. 13 of 2018.
