Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 147/ 148/ 149/ 302/ 120(B) of IPC. Allegation against the petitioner is that of assaulting the father of the informant by means of Vala.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. It is submitted that after investigation, police filed final form against the petitioner but differing with the final form, cognizance was taken by the learned Court below. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
