Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Specific allegation of firing and fatal assault is against other named co-accused. Petitioner had simply thrown chilly powder. Petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2017. Investigation is already compete and petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

No.13535 of 2018 (2) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1173 of 2017 arising out of Ghorasahan Police Station Case No. 335 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
