JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kargahar (Sidhi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 150 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 448, 307 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they along with others assaulted the informant, which caused fracture on his leg.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 02.09.2019. He further submits that the injury caused on the informant is on the non-vital part.
