Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Durgawati P.S.Case No.234 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 323, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner is said to have entered in the house of the informant , assaulted the informant and his family members.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67139 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries are simple in nature.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S.Case No.234 of 2019, Gr. No.1845 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
