2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 353, 379, 147, 148, 149, 342, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons blocked the road with dead body of a person who succumbed to the injury in road accident causing difficulty to the passers by and hindrance in discharge of official duty. It is further alleged that they also abused and made scuffle with the police party.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of accusation, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P. S. Case No. 363 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
