The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 15 litres foreign liquor was recovered from a motorcycle. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 27.02.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22963 of 2018(2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the 4th A.D.J.-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 101/18.

Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in similar nature of case then the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
