The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 416 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341,323, 307 and 498(A)/34 IPC. Allegation against the petitioners is that they are involved in torture of the informant of the case for nonfulfillment of the demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The husband of the informant is already in custody. The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70189 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 brother-in-law and the petitioner No. 3 is father-in-law of the informant.

Considering the fact the husband is already in custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-II, Danapur at Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 416 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
