The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Case No.55C2 of 2018 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of 6 bottles, each containing 750 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, kept in a bag, which was in possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 05.02.2018.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17247 of 2018(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, in connection with Case No.55C2 of 2018.
