Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.530 of 2017, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that on the confessional statement made by the petitioner, police recovered stolen motorcycle parked in an orchard with two live cartridges kept in the dickey of the said motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner, there was no occasion to make confessional statement before the police and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.11837 of 2018(3) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Sanjeet Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.530 of 2017.
