2. The petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2017 in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 675 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27A, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner is a lady has been falsely implicated in connection with alleged recovery of 440 Gms. of Charas and 14 purias of Smack from her possession. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands
