This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Audhaura P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 341, 379, 504, 447 & 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 27.08.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 5662 of 2020, by which similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. For the reason recorded in the order dated 27.08.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 5662 of 2020, this anticipatory bail application is also allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72246 of 2019(3) dt.05-05-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Adhaura P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
