Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the robbery of the bank money is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2017. He was never put on TI Parade during investigation nor anything has been recovered from his possession. The investigation is complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8223 of 2018 (2) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Fulwaria Police Station Case No. 111 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
