JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 20-01-2020 Heard Mr. Kaushalesh Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. U.P. Singh, AC to SC-4 for the State. The petitioner's claim is for compassionate appointment on account of death of his father in harness from Class-IV post as 'Plumber Khalashi' in Public Health Engineering Department at Singhwara Block, Darbhanga.

Learned counsel representing the State submits that from perusal of the instructions, which have been received, it appears that the petitioner has not provided all the requisite information

Patna High Court CWJC No.22313 of 2019 dt.20-01-2020 2/3 in the form submitted for compassionate appointment. Certain other documents are also wanting.

From submissions of the parties, it is apparent that the petitioner's entitlement for the compassionate appointment inquestion has to be examined after the requisite information which was not supplied in his form for application are supplied and other documents are made available to the Respondentauthorities. Learned counsel for the State submits that the Respondent No.3 will communicate the requisite documents and information, which the petitioner has omitted to mention in his application, for compassionate appointment within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Once the said communication has been sent to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without any undue delay, the petitioner would submit the requisite documents and the wanting information within eight

(08) weeks thereafter.

In view of such submissions of the parties, the Court is not called upon to adjudicate any issue in the instant proceedings. After submission of documents, as per requisition made by respondent no.3, the claim of the petitioner should be thereafter
