2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bagha P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that the entire alleged cheated amount of Rs. 4,13,000/- has been transferred in the bank account of the petitioner.

4. Considering the seriousness of the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory
