The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file petition before the Circle Officer for issuance of rent receipts in his name with regard to lands mutated in his name.

This writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar, Patna that if such a petition is filed, the Circle Officer shall dispose of the petition of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law.
