The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kuchaikote P. S. Case No. 08 of 2019 dated 07.01.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 353, 307, 427 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70016 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/3 1959.

Several persons have been named in the F.I.R. who are alleged to have indulged in ransacking the poultry farm of one Guddu Ansari and causing injury to many persons.

Nothing specific have been attributed against the petitioner.

It appears that because of land dispute, an occurrence took place between two group of persons and the situation could be brought under control only by the active intervention of the police.

The petitioner is a person of clean antecedents and is in custody since 11.08.2019.

Considering the afore-stated facts, this petition is allowed. The petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - VII, Gopalganj in
