2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 401/411/413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has come in the case on the confessional statement of co-accused who was apprehended on the spot. He submits that save and except confessional statement, there is no other direct or indirect evidence against the petitioner to show his complicity in the occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that during investigation stolen articles have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77126 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
