Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 353, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 20 of the UPA Act. A country made pistol and cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2016. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

After hearing the parties and considering the entire facts of this case and period already undergone by the petitioner as under trial prisoner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or three months

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10829 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 from today whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dulhin Bazar Police Station Case No. 117 of 2016. If the charge has already been framed in the case, the petitioner shall release forthwith, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
