Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 09.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55982 of 2017, as contained in Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68237 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 99 of 2017.
