The petitioners seek bail in Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners along with other accused persons are said to have committed dowry death of the daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners happen to be parents in-laws of the deceased. The allegation levelled against the petitioners are not specific
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3485 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 rather omnibus in nature. Husband of the deceased, namely, Manager Dom has been acquitted on trial. The petitioners have been languishing in custody since 13.11.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S.
