Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2017. Allegation is that a loaded pistol and five live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Investigation is complete now. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nirmali Police Station Case No. 56 of 2017,
