2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 224 of 2024 for the offence under sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act lodged on 21.07.2023 by the informant, Rekha Devi.

3. Earlier the case was dismissed as withdrawn vide an order dated 20.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 39484 of 2024. This is the second attempt.

4. Once the anticipatory bail application has been dismissed, the petitioner ought to have surrendered and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75708 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 bail. He is still advised to do the same.

5. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected with the aforesaid observation.
