2. The grievance of the petitioner is in narrow campus to the extent of non-payment of salary for the period from March, 2022 to June, 2022 which has not been paid till date, even after retirement of the petitioner on 31.07.2022.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that there is neither any proceeding pending or any advance has been paid to the petitioner or any Government amount is recoverable

Patna High Court CWJC No.17638 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 from the petitioner, nonetheless, the petitioner has been deprived from rightful claim of his salary for the period afore-noted, compelling him to approach this Court by invoking the writ jurisdiction.

4. Learned Advocate for the respondents are present.

In view of the submissions advanced and taking note of the limited grievance of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 7 to look into the grievance of the petitioner as has been raised in Annexure 2 to the writ petition and pass appropriate and reasoned order, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from today.

6. It is made clear that if the claim of the petitioners find favour, the consequential monetary benefit must be accorded to him within the period afore-noted.

7. The writ petition stands disposed off.
