Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of dispute relating to land, the present occurrence is alleged to have taken place. It is next submitted that no doubt allegation is of assault injuring 7 person but then 3 persons suffered simple injury and with respect to injuries suffered by 4 persons, the same is reserved. It is next submitted that both side assaulted each other. It is further submitted that on intervention of the well-wishers, parties have compromised and the allegation of

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 53 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.

However, the learned trial court before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioners shall verify from the informant; whether the case has been compromised in between the parties or not, and in the event if the informant refuses to acknowledge the compromise, in that event the present anticipatory bail order shall not be given effect to.
