Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor any stolen property has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 02.11.2017. Only on the basis of criminal antecedent and confession of co-accused, the petitioner has been implicated in this case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8463 of 2018 (2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Chakiya Police Station Case No. 249 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
