Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that due to non-communication by the Panchati Raj Department with respect to Resolution No.4881 dated 03.05.2023, the petitioners were not aware of the manner and the guidelines issued by the Central Government as well as the State Government with respect to construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in the village concerned, where the petitioners

Patna High Court CWJC No.16732 of 2023(3) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 are Mukhiya and he further submits that the petitioners will not interfere in any manner once the Resolution No.4881 dated 03.05.2023 is made available to them.

3. The petitioners being Mukhiya of the Panchayat are directed to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran (Motihari) to obtain the resolution and take appropriate steps in accordance with the government resolution for construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in the village.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
