2. In the year 2019, such contempt petition is not maintainable in the light of Section 20 of Contempt of Court
Patna High Court MJC No.4355 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2024 2/2 Act, 1971 read with Co-ordinate Bench decision in the case of Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha & Ors. vs. The Union of India & Ors. (MJC No. 1840 of 202 decided on 24.07.2023).
3. Accordingly, the present MJC/Contempt Petition No. 4335 of 2019 stands disposed of as it is not maintainable on the ground of limitation. Disposal of the present contempt petition would not be a hurdle for the petitioner to invoke remedy under the writ jurisdiction, in accordance with law. (P. B.
